Ed - That is priceless!

I'm now 36. I dropped the down payment on my Kat when I was 29, two years after graduating from Ohio State. Everyone at the dealership kept on congratulating my dad on the purchase of the Prowler. They just could not fathom that I was the one purchasing it.

That was the thrill of Victory.
Now for the agony of defeat.
Sunday afternoon I told Sandy that we would both drive a Prowler and each take one of the girls home and then go put one Prowler and the trailer in the rental garage. Both girls were on the swing on the front porch. Sara (8 Yr old) came in and told me that she was riding home with me. I told her that that was great. She said that Samantha and her had played "Rock, Paper, Scissors" and I said, "So you won!" She said, "NO, Samantha won". I was the runner up prize. Samantha is now back in the pack with the other grandkids. lol

On a related note. There was a car show at the local park on Saturday. I took the Candy Prowler and trailer and parked it. Told them I was going to my grandson's baseball game and might not be back when they gave out the prizes. They said not to worry. When I got back I saw AndyR and he told me I did not win. He had entered his new Yellow Viper Powered pickup, SRT10 (?). When he told me that my name had not been called, his son Aaron, about 5, said "I would have voted for your car Ed." I told him thank you and then asked his brother Max (6 or 7) if he would have voted for the big yellow, fast, truck instead of mine. He said he would have voted for the SRT and mine. I think he will be a politician when he grows up. lol

60 in October but my wife claims that when I'm in the Prowler a transformation takes place and I convert to 39. That is until I climb out of the Prowler then I guess I'm 60. Love that Kat...

But you are only aging in Canadian years so you are actually much younger. At least that is what you told me.

Rich, he was converting his American years to make himself feel younger. But now he is aging extremely fast. Three years ago he was 39 American (which at the time converted to only 25 years Canadian) and now he is 42 American (converted at todays rates is about 37 Canadian). So in the last 3 years, he has aged 12 Canadian years and it is taking its toll on the body - hence why he couldn't make it to Louisville.

LOL... I've been told and always felt I have an old soul. So maybe I'm 60 on this board... LOL

If all goes as planned, I will be a Prowler Owner at 28. My plan is so snatch-up Zack's Kat. If I could have things my way I would have been an owner 3yrs ago.

I'll keep you guys posted. Wish me luck. :-)
