There are only nine rooms left for the Tulsa event at a group discount rate. After these nine are gone you can still get a room at whatever the current discount Embassy Suites is offering at the time you book. Again if for any reason you have to cancel please do not cancel with the Embassy Suites. Please contact me. Someone may like to take advantage of your reserved discount rate and if you cancel it I can't get it back. remember, don't cancel with the hotel. If someone in POA needs a room, redistributing among ourselves is the only way to keep the discounted block. |
