Norm - it snowed in Carefree/Cavecreek and far north Phoenix on sunday evening. Snowed at Florence, Coolidge, and Casa Grande to the south of us this morning,,,,,,but no snow in the Phx metro area. Believe the buildings and streets retain just enough heat to keep the temperature from allowing that to happen. It rained much of the night,,,and my truck had frozen rain drops all over it this morning,,,,doors would barely open. It was around 29 at my place this morning,,,,,,,not our norms

No kidding,,,,,it crossed my mind. Since Thanksgiving Day,,,our temps have been mostly below normal. Must be that Global Warming effect, lol. Might have to 'bag 'em' soon!

Some of that weather at B-J looked horrible, with the wind and rain and temp.. The mountain shots Speed did outside the tents was beautiful with the snow up there. Weather finally lousy here with mid 50's tomorrow and rain. BLAH!

Jim - Kala is correct. Now that B-J is over,,,,the bad weather has slowly moved east, and we had clear skies and warm afternoon temps. >>> to stay that way for the week ahead! Bring on the sunshine!!

Did B-J take FORD as the new sponor for both auctions. It will be here in Florida end of March to April 1st. Is DC involved..........will we be invited to our own area as before? Any thoughts?

Hey Sandy

I'm not certain, but I think you are referring to the special edition VCA red/ white Vipers that were delivered at BJ Scotsdale last year...

Prospective owners had to enter a lottery to be able to purchase one of the 50 cars...

Any VCA member could go to BJ and be in a special reception area...

Is that what you were thinking?

Ms. K..........we had an area that was set aside by the outside staging area. It was for the Prowler cars and Vipers. We even go badges one year. So, is DC in or out of B-J? Well, it's 4 am and I am off to go to Key West.......later! VROOOOM s.
