When I bought my Prius I was excited, I love the technology that went into the car but ( I wouldn't shut up at work ) I wore it out at work (you can tell by the rolling of the eyes).
Now guess what? Prowler. I have about worn out my pictures and when I go to show them to someone new they say "I've already seen them". Oh! I am always looking to find new people to show my new baby! Don't have any grandkids. But, by the looks of this forum, you can't wear out the topic h e r e !!!!!!!!!

Ed, If you saw where I work, you wouldn't take any car you care about within a mile of the place. Unfortunately we live in one of the dirtiest parts of the country. Car dealerships get mill dirt (steel mill) 4 miles away. Your tires turn a rusty red and when it drizzles it brings fine particulates out of the air down on your fresh wax and if it dries on there you have to use mild acids to wash it off. Vinegar is my choice for a mild acid, cheap and quick. Time to wax again! I bought a brand new 2004 Hyundai XG350 for a work car. My wife said you aren't going to take that in the mill are you? Then I bought a 2006 Dodge Dakota. She says, you aren't going to take that in the mill are you. Then gas prices got high and I had a little protest about the wars for oil so I bought a Prius. I told her, this has to go in the mill, so the second day I owned it it went in the mill. It is a 2008 model with 44,000 miles on it now. The stuff in the air attacks your outside mirror edges and it is hard of peoples aluminum wheels, etc. The corrosive atmosphere use to eat through Ford and Chevy trucks in a couple of years but the steel is better than it used to be. We make automotive sheet metal, how ironic. You get the picture! I work at Arcelor Mittal Steel in Burns Harbor Indiana and it is right on Lake Michigan and sits on 2,000 acres of land. On a clear day you can see Chicago across the lake.

Proud to be Union

You're right, the Prowler wouldn't be going to work.
I might not be going to work either. that air can't be good for your intake system, either.
