looks like they up the price in ny.whats there paint labor rate per hr.says right on the est.how much per part.

I have a 99 Black Prowler and when they changed the bumpers to black instead of the "gray", I bought a set of black and put them on the car. I still have the original bumpers in case I want to change it back to stock!! I did, however, have my bumpers painted candy for my Candy Cat.

Check a few places in NJ and see what pricing you get, I bet you could buy black setx cheaper then getting them painted in NY.
