What makes it such a nightmare? Is the exhaust manifold in the way? Luckily I haven’t had to do mine yet. |

It is the body frame and the manafold very tight area and I mean thght to work in only one way in and out . there was a 3 hole spacer on the starter and will only fit one way make sure of it I painted a small dot on it to make sure it was in the right direction and position . If on the wrong way you will have to start all over . I have have replaced many starters on cars over the Years this was the hardest one ever - all so both wires are short and I had to make them longer .. If I can do it You can just don't let it drive you Crazy or mentally deranged .. This message has been edited by jimsutton on 07-22-2024 at 06:23 AM |
