Thanks for sharing. Looks like a really beautiful car. I noticed oil residue on the front cross member which indicates that the front shocks are leaking. Not much of an issue though. Good luck with your sale. https://bringatrailer.com/listing/2002-chrysler-prowler-26/ ------------------ |

Yes - Thank you for sharing and good luck! A beautiful car. BAT is too rough for me, I have a hard time with people picking others cars apart, I really do. I would not sell my 02 Candy with matching Candy Trailer for less than 40K. Actually, probably closer to 45K - unless I had too. I know that is unrealistic in todays market and high interest rates, but I know I could not find another, or more accurately, there are only 38 other people who have a Candy and an original Candy Trailer. And with 1800 miles, been completely gone through and detailed, It is a keeper. Interesting to see what an 8K Candy goes for. I may be forced to sell mine, but it, as of now, is on the "keep it" list. John This message has been edited by Stray Cat on 08-09-2024 at 09:24 PM |

Ed, I guess I'm looking at it from a buyers perspective. That car was worth that $38,000 plus fees to the Buyer which are 5% for BAT. So add $1400. Someone paid that for the car. $39,400.00 . Didn't think that was too bad.. John |

There are a ton for sale on Facebook, very low prices and no takers. This one was a rare winner for the seller and the fee would be $1900. Glad to see it, but not the norm these days. The Candy paint probably made the difference. I just turned 85,000 on my Candy, yesterday. |

Yes, That Candy color, IMO made the difference. I have one with the trailer, one of 39 ever built so I would think to the right person would be worth a bit more. Who knows what they will do in the future but they sure are beautiful. John |
