i was at a local cruise tonight and talked to a local chrysler dealer who brings out his hotrods, i asked about the new challenger. he said they it is definately a go ,will be out in march of '07. it will only come with the 6.1L,a 6 speed with get this, a PISTOL GRIP SHIFTER. i asked about price. he said low to mid 30's.he also said his dealership won't gouge. yes life is good  |

I hope ALL of that is true but I expect mid to upper 30s sticker AND many dealers asking more than sticker. |

Well by then should be an even trade for an 01 Prowler, if the dealer throws in $5,000 cash incentive to get the Cat.  |

I think low 30's is probably pretty naive on his part. As far as gouging, when the PT, prowler, viper, hemi, etc. all first came out did he only ask sticker (or less)????? |

I HAVEN'T MET AN AN HONEST SALEMAN AT CAR DEALERSHIP YET MY BEST FRIEND HAS WORKED AT A CADILLAC DEALER SINCE 1988 AND HE IS SO FULL OF IT, I'LL BET IF MADE THE CHALLENGER WILL GO FOR 50K AND AS I KEEP SAYING IT WILL HAVE 4 DOORS AND IT WON'T LOOK AT ALL LIKE THE CHALLENGER THAT WE ALL SAW AT THE AUTO SHOW.
