Unofficially some regional Hot Rods gathered for a send off to begin the tour starting in Memphis, TN Monday. The local clubs gathered for a celebration.
I got a real kick out of the VW bugs I saw a black tie and black Prowler but never met the owners.

One of my coworkers and his twin sons are taking part in this event this time. While I think it would be interesting to see all the participating vehicles, I don't think I would want to actually be a part of it. After seeing twenty to fifty or more Prowler's attempt to travel together from one place to another during an event, I can only imagine the chaos surrounding those involved in this one. |

This was the 20th year for the cruise in. It just so happen to coincide with the Power Tour and the fact it starts in Memphis. It was also a beautiful day so hence record amount of cars. |

I plan on going to see them on Friday at Atlanta Motor Speedway. It's about 30 minutes from my house. I will NOT be taking the Prowler, just going to see all the cars. |
