![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Well I have had my front flaps on for a couple of weeks and everything seemed okay. Today I crossed a speed bump, VERY slowly, and it took the right flap off, the epoxy or whatever is used for the bracket came off with the nuts and bolts that hold it. No damadge. Epoxy it back on, a ok. I also cut 3/4" off the flaps. I am just looking at the entire operation and noticed that the right front fender from the garage floor is 6 1/2" off the floor, the left is 71/2". Is there an adjustment. Both of the flaps are same size, the fender on the right is lower. There is no damadge to the fender, brackets etc... Frank |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Frank, you can adjust the fender height by unloosing the three 15mm nuts that hold the fender brace to the spindle area, you can get about an 1/2" adjustment on each side. You can raise one side a 1/2" and lower the other side a 1/2" and that will give 7" on each side. Here's a couple of pictures showing the nuts I'm talking about, I hope this helps. Al P.S, what I mean by "unloosing" the nuts is just loosen the nuts just enough for the fender to move. This message has been edited by Al's Prowler on 01-27-2002 at 08:22 PM |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I had to use spacers on the fender of DannyA's prowler to put the wire wheels on. Worked great. ------------------ |
