I originally posted this to an old thread, but the topic was misleading, so let me start over. When installing performance gears, rather than adding electronics to adjust the speedometer for the new gear ratio, can the computer be reprogrammed? I'd rather pay the dealer for an hour's labor rather than add an additional unit. I would think it would be a DRBIII programmable function. Here's the old thread:

There is no option in the Body controller programming to do so. Sorry. |
