I'm trying to be patient and will wait for him to fulfill his promise to me. I do understand that we were dealing with a holiday 10 days ago but feel I my parts should have at least shipped by now. This is not the case. I respectfully request other to please stay out of this matter until I get resolution. ------------------ |

The coilover has been shipped, delivered and signed for. UPS tracking # 1Z73737YA891431890 The guys at my manufacturing facility took longer than what had been anticipated to get everything back together, the Prowler rear coil-over is highly pre-sprung and the spring twists at the inverse of their spring compressor so it was not an easy operation for them. I will be researching this as the last thing that is needed is for people to be buying coil-overs and not being able to remove them, I may need a few sets of core "forks" so that people can order and ship their old coil-overs back. Anyone that is interested in coilovers please chime in on this thread |

The dimension that I'm most interested in, is the installed ride height. Pictures and looks can be deceiving. I want to be sure that the ride height is at least available as stock. If other are interested in a lower ride height great for them. The roads around here drive stock height with jounce bumpers. |

The Stock ride height version of the coil-overs will allow you to set the ride height higher than stock by doing the same thing. Here is a pic with a Viper with the "nuts" snugged up, this shows how you can raise your car above stock height Here are a couple of shots of the car with the adjuster nuts lowered to lower the car (and there is still an inch to go!) As you can see from these pics, I know what it is like to drive around with the front of your car low, if you think a prowler scrapes the front over curbs, try my Viper, LOL. As I discussed with you in my email response to the one that you just inappropriately posted, I talked to you almost every day after you ordered your coil-overs. This was the first set which was being produced, which you knew, and they simply took longer than expected to make. When you ordered them you wanted them in 4 business days, which I tried to do, but I am at the mercy of the manufacturer and they did not perform up to expectation. I run 4 different companies, I do not have time to talk about coil-overs 12 times a day, I either answered one of your calls or called you back almost daily or the next day as you know. You and Larry the Lord are a couple of the most high strung people I have ever encountered. Larry, I remember when I talked to you in the beginning of this and you said you wouldn't develop any new products for Prowlers any more after some "clowns" that bought your hardtop racks threatened to sue you over how the racks damaged their tops. Bottom line if you can't stomach developing new products don't bash those that are. Charles, I responded to every email and I answered your calls, some days I talked to you 2 or 3 times and some days I called you back the following day. I have the cell phones bills to prove it. Did I answer every call? No, I cannot answer every call, as I am sometimes in the middle of working on other projects and sometimes I am on other calls with other customers. I was promised by my manufacturing facility that these first ones would be done in a day or 2 over and over again and they finally finished them a few days ago, they just wanted to get them perfect. They finished them the night before you sent your email above. In hindsight I just simply should have said "NO, YOU CANNOT HAVE THEM IN 4 DAYS, LENO or no JAY LENO, YOU HAVE TO WAIT THE 2 - 3 WEEKS IT NORMALLY TAKES, PERIOD"! |

Steve, You should write fiction books. I never told you anything of the sort and I don't build any parts for hardtops. You've repeatedly lied to Charles and myself and repeatedly avoided our phone calls until we put our problems out for all to see. I don't care how you run your business, I'll never purchase anything from you and I will from now on, advise others to also avoid dealings with you. You have NEVER shipped parts when they were promised then you won't answer phone calls or e-mail. I'll stand by my reputation. You now need to deal with yours. No lies were told and since you both had my cell # I can back up any statement I make with showing actual calls and minutes talked. I thank you both for trying to go around me with my manufacturer once I posted who they were in the other thread, it took all of what, 8 hours .... and funny how neither of you posted the truth that even they told you that things were being worked on they were just taking longer than expected and it was all done on my dime. Now the coil-overs are done 100% and are getting rave reviews. prowlerartist1 posted 03-23-2013 10:42 PM

Just did some refining touches on spring rates and changed our overall rear coilover size a little bit to allow for more travel and now we have the prowler coilovers pretty much fine tuned a ready for all here is a pic of the final rear coilover compared to a Koni Here is a pic of a lowered local prowler, Jonathan the owner will probably chime in and tell you his impression of the ride, but I think it is exactly what he was looking for ! Here are a few more pics of ProwlerArtist's car, his is set about 1.5 to 2" lower than stock, but, anyone can set their ride height to whatever they want, stock, 1" lower, it's all easily adjusted. |

Since I seem to be slandered so well in a few posts above by a select few, I thought I would show, literally with PROOF how much of a scumbag I really am, Here is a car that was sent to me by a young soldier, Nick Giggey, that was to be worked on, a salvage convertible, which he wanted converted to a coupe. The owner, a 24 year old soldier had arranged to pay monthly for the work while he was in Iraq and he was to use his combat pay to do the work. Well Nick was able to buy a rear bumper and a set of rear quarter panels and then, the worst happened he and a number of his platoon were blown up while diffusing a bomb that had been set outside a dignitary's house. He was injured pretty bad, he now has a 85% disability rating, a number of his friends were killed. Any of you that know a vet who has been injured also know that the minute they go on the injured list, THE COMBAT PAY STOPS! I received word from his father a couple of days after the incident and his father said I should stop everything as they did not know what condition Nick was in. I then received an call from Nick from his hospital bed in Germany where he had been shuttled to for numerous surgeries. Nick said I should stop working on his car, and he was distraught as the thoughts of his car were one of the few things he had that kept him going through his ordeal. I then Told Nick that I would handle it. I then horse-traded to acquire and when horsetrading didn't work I purchased the $19,000.00+ in parts his car needed, I set up a fundraiser on the Viper Club of America site for Nick to raise money for his paint job. I then convinced my painter friend to give me a $12,000.00 paint job for a little over $6500.00 . I then invested hundreds of hours of my own personal time, disassembling Nicks car and reassembling, running parts to the painter and back, you name it, everything that had to be done I did, personally, for FREE. Now the car is back from paint after getting striped, and is scheduled to head home to Colorado to greet Nick for a reunion of sorts, it has been a while since he had his car and I am excited to see it go, Here are a couple of pics of the finished product and a few progress pics So as you can see, while I am not answering calls all day long, (even though my cell bill says otherwise) I sometimes have my hands full and can't run to babysit people sometimes as I believe in doing the things that count. And if you leave a message 9 times out of 10 I will return it. I will be the first to admit than sometimes if I need further info from another source in order to respond intelligently it may take the time it takes for me to get a response so that I can respond. If anyone orders any of the new coil-overs that I developed I will answer the phone if I can if you call, I will return your call, but only once per day, if you phone 8 times, only expect one call back, not 8. I will not accept rush orders, it will take between 10-14 days to get your coil-overs shipped to you from the time you order them, not 4 days, not 2 days, not tomorrow, 10 -14 working days. So yes, I am a scumbag with a bad reputation and I can live with that as I look at the source of the reputation being spouted off about.
