Don't wear yourself out to early now. Many changes still to come. Besides. I have a feeling some really fast cats are going to be there.

I mean, isnt Marc going to be there with his plastic hood ornament?????

Okay, it's time to start making plans for summer and what a better summer vacation than seeing the Colorado Rockies with a bunch of Prowlers.

Yes, make some plans. Now that 60 cars or so got a taste of the first summer event at Boyd's. , which really sounded like a gas. You maybe more inclined to come to a 4-5 day event. Its great to get away with a bunch of great people and great cars. I realize the total may not equal 60 due the requirements people have with their personal lives, but the fun will be equaled at least for sure. Come one, come all. And don't forget Death Valley.

I can see it now........."a cat jam"!!!

Whenever someone sights some deer or elk in the mountains, they tend to pull off to take pictures, view, etc. Which then causes everyone else to pull off to see what they are looking at and cause a major traffic jam!!! We call that an "elk jam"!

A whole "catavan" of Prowlers cruisin' up the mountain roads!!! "Cat Jam" for sure!!!

Hi Kelly,
Hope you can make it and I promise you will have the time of you life. We haven't settled the event fee yet as it may include one more meal. So far it will include snacks and cash bar at check in, Sunday nite dinner at the Flying W (FlyingW,com) and misc. goodies. The fee will be in the range of $30.00-50.00 depending on the second meal.

Just heard from Maurice Ross and Diane Horrocks from Pocatello Idaho. Bet you two can't wait to get the car out.

Talked to Jerry S. from CAAP/DC tonight at a local car show. He sounds interested in joining us again for the Colo. event. Need you Michigan owners to get Marsha excited as well!

They both bring so much warmth, fun, and information to our events.

OK..Guess add us to the list, Made reservations this morning. The where not aware of any Prowler event, But still got the 99.00 room rate. Also I would like to volunteer my services for a windshield decal approx 2" in size for the event, So if anyone has some art that they would like to include, if this idea has not been arranged already. Just get back to me at my email we can work out the details.

Welcome to the Colorado event! I'm sure you will have a great time. About the decal - how about a larger oval decal to center in the trunk area? Around 20" oval shape decal with:
PROWLIN' THE COLORADO ROCKIES

JUNE XX-XX, 2002

WESTMINSTER, COLORADO

With snow cap mountains on the top of the decal area.

Do in white and/or black, to keep cost down and will show up on any color of cat. Easily removeable.
Any other ideas???

Pauley,,,,,I'm afraid to ask???

Mark, Don did the decals for our Bluebonnet Brunch & Cruise and he did a great job on them.. They were coveted by all the owners and they were the first we have had at an event.

They also were a total surprise so Thanks Don..

Bob, we should have the event fee nailed down soon, and will post info asap.

JD, Thanks for asking. Been off fishing the Frying Pan and Roaring Fork for a few days. Maybe Don can do a couple of sizes, one windshield banner and one small decal type.

Fred, I'll have to look for them in your event pix.

I don't have the latest hotel update but from emails and talking to the hotel we are approaching 60 cars with quite a few more that have said they will be booking soon. The deadline for hotel reservations is May 15 so everyone make your plans and come and enjoy Springtime in the Rockies with your friends and fellow owners from around the US and Canada. The local Viper club may also join us. Having been on cruises and events with them before, I have to say they are a great bunch to hang out with. They may be in for a few suprises at the race track however. Two years ago when when we attended the Golden "Brag and Drag" (same show some of us will be going to on Saturday) car show with them Dean's car was faster than all but 2 of 'em.

This message goes to all of the Prowler owners going out to Colorado for the "Prowlin' the Rockies event."

I spoke with a gentleman who called me about 2 months ago wanting his Prowlers shipped out to this event in June. If you would please call me at 573-268-6516. There is a possibility that we may have room for others as well. CJ posted a message some time ago describing the service that we could provide. We would ship your Prowler (all enclosed, no stackers) out to Colorado for you and either pick you up at the airport, or make other arrangements etc. If anyone is interested contact myself, Scott Schrader or my partner Tom Phillips.

Thank you,

S and P Motorsports

The hotel list is updated as of today so please check it to be sure your name is on it. If not, what are you waiting for? The cut off for the POA rate of 99.00/night is May 15th. If you have any questions or problems with you reservation please email me and we will get it straightened out.
Also, please check the post on the event fee and let's get this thing wrapped up so Laddie, Alex, CJ and I can get our cars ready.
