Welcome to Prowlin’ the Colorado Rockies-2002

The cost for attendance at Prowlin’ the Colorado Rockies-2002 is $50.00 per person and $31.00 for children under 9.
The fee is due by May 15th and will include:
1. Welcome reception from 6:00pm to 9:00pm on Thursday in the Westin conference lobby. Snacks will be available as well as a cash bar.
2. Picnic lunch on Friday during the Trail Ridge Road-Estes Park cruise. (Thanks CJ)
3. Dinner and Old West Show on Sunday at the Flying W Ranch (www.flyingw.com ). (Thanks Laddie)
4. POA event name tag with lanyard. (Thanks Alex and Dan Pena)
5. Commemorative Prowlin’ the Colorado Rockies-2002 decal. (Thanks Don Ethridge)
6. Prowler Online windshield banner. (you've got to have one of these)
7. Lots of views, fun and smiles. (Bring plenty of film)

In addition to these event charges there are a couple of other things we will be doing that will be up to you if you want to participate.
1. On Saturday after the Mt. Evans cruise in the morning feel free to visit any other areas you may have heard about. Some of us will be heading to the annual Greybeard Promotions car show in historic downtown Golden. The promoter has agreed to provide us with our own parking/display area, which we can come and go from as we please. Mainstreet is closed down for the show and there is virtually no parking in Golden during the show. For those that want to stay, great. For those that want to walk over to Coors Brewery for a tour, your car will be safe. Or maybe some of you want to come to the show, eat lunch or dinner in downtown Golden and then head up Lookout Mountain to Buffalo Bills Grave and museum, Central City or run back to the hotel and clean up before returning in the evening for music and dancing on mainstreet.
The cost for this is $10.00 per car in advance or $15.00 at the gate. The promoter can only guarantee parking for those who pay in advance. The entry fee also includes a bag of goodies.
2. Also on Sunday, Laddie is putting a group together to ride the Pikes Peak Cog
Railway to the top of Pikes Peak. The fee for this is $25.50 for adults and $13.50 for children ages 3-11. A group rate is available for $23.50/$13.00 which needs to be fully prepaid two weeks in advance, so we are planning on the non group rate at this time.
Both of the additional fees are due with your event fee payment as we need to make reservations and down payments for the FlyingW and car show by May 24th.
Please visit the events calendar for details on all the planned activities.
Please purchase your event tickets no later than May 15th. We’ll accept payments for those who are last minute attendees up to the event registration.

Thanks for your cooperation and be sure to keep up with the attendee list for prepaid information and reservation activity. Please send your payments to:

The cost for attendance at Prowlin’ the Colorado Rockies-2002 is $50.00 per person.
Marc, let me be the first to ask, can we get a group discount. lol.
I will send a check in the morning.
I have been to the Flying W and it is very entertaining. It is a very good place for a group outing. The cowboys sing western songs and then dish up your vittles and then sing again.
Is the Graybeard $ 10 per car, or $ 10 per person? Thanks for all the work you guys have already put into this, and all the work you still have to do.

Sorry, I'll correct that. It's 10.00 per car.

Larry
You can't afford the same rate that Jack gets. If you think you can, meet us at the bar one night.

Marc - I'll make it to the bar, but I'm NOT drinking Coors! They bottle up trout urine at Golden and call it beer. What about Bud plant tour in Ft. Collins? This Bud is for you.................

Only 49 days left until the largest gathering of Prowlers ever. Have you made your reservations, sent your event fee, registered your name and car color? Where better to show off all those custom modifictions you've been working on all winter?
Hey, it's worth it just to see Jack the Wonder Dogs 25?tricks.

Marc,

I just got off the phone with the Westin Reservations (1-888-627-8448) and I got the same line about the POA rate being sold out. Per your post, I went ahead and reserved a room. I was quoted a price of $129.00 a night. I'm figuring you're going to get Jack and I the adjusted POA group rate of $99 a night? (I like the Westin already..it's OK to have a dog 12lbs. or under..) We are PUMPED, we are READY for the "Prowlin the Rockies" National Event starting June 6th in Colorado!

P.S. Our event fee is in the mail!
LIVE to Prowl..Prowl to LIVE!!
XOXO

Marc - I see you listed a PO Box # for the event collections. I know you did this to prevent me from putting up my tent in your front yard, but it will not work because Alex sold you out (for the cost of one lunch) and provided me with address and directions to your home

Chromer - I'm calling the Westin in the morning. As a stockholder of Westin stock, I believe Jack to weigh more than 12 lbs and feel he should pay for his own room. Being a distant cousin to me, Jack's hair alone will weigh over 12 lbs, and his musculine exterior feature must weigh over a pound. Fess up, and pay the landlady I see Marc let the 'cat' out of the bag about Jack's 25 trick performance I'll take credit for teaching Jack two of his tricks: crotch sniffing and leg humping

Jack's leg bumping trick has always been a hospitality room Crowd pleaser. Jack is excited about "meeting" as many Prowler Owner Association members as possible!

Working on your room. They said no reservation under Chromer but they did show a Jack the wonder dog with companion. I told them that's it, and that they better weigh Jack's companion because I don't think he's under the 12 pound pet limit.

Gheeezzzz,,,,this is such a good price for entertainment, everybody should be making their reservations soon. This is cheaper than going out for a fine dinner, and you get four days included in one low price.

Jump high, and get on the Prowler bandwagon.

JUST DO IT,,,,,,,,,,DO IT NOW
