![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Thursday evening we took part in the 143rd Annual Harvest Home Parade in Cheviot, OH. We were only allowed to bring 8 cats due to the lack of space in the staging area. We were the 125th entry, in Division 5 and there were 10 Divisions. A BIG parade. That is correct, it is the 143rd Annual Parade. We had 8 different colors until a last minute glitch so we ended up with two Black, a Red, an Orange, a Deep Candy Red from Rochester Hills, MI, a Woodward, a Mullholand and a Yellow. We came extremely close to having a White Prowler but at the last minute, Bob was called to duty. We missed you Bob. It was a great time and their was a huge crowd lining the one mile route. Thanks to all who participated especially CJ for coming all that way and to Kerry McManus for becoming the 8th Prowler on such short notice. Ken G., Andy & Shelley R, Lou Stavale, Lee & Sue Schaefer, Kathy and Jeff Asmann and Sandy and me were the others. We had a nice time at the restaurant later. Andy actually could not finish all of his food. I told him they served large portions but he did not believe me. That boy can eat and he still could not finish it.
