We have over 70 people/couples/families who have said they will attend but only 54 hotel rooms reserved. We realize some people will be using the campgrounds, but there still appears to be a number of people who have not reserved rooms yet.

PLEASE NOTE THE HOTEL LIST IS AS OF JANUARY 25, 2003. If you made your reservation after that we will update the list at the end of February.

Silver '02 w/ car hauler (keepin' the miles low on my Cat)

Actually, the truth is, I can't carry enough luggage for a whole week - even w/ the weekender... Plus I need space for when my dad goes shopping . (My friend, Duane, is loaning me his car carrier... isn't that nice?!?) Would you believe... I have spent over $200 getting equipped to haul, and the actual trailer itself is free?? over $100 for a break controller installed in my truck and another $100 in tie-down straps!!

Also, we need to start gathering info for counts on various functions, particularly the optional events like the trip to Biltmore Estates, the SCCA racing, and shirt orders.

In addition, some individuals have had a considerable outlay of their own funds (hundreds of dollars) in order to start the processing of name badges, etc. and it would nice to be able to start reimbursing them.

Thanks - the entire PTS planning team looks forward to having a lot of fun Prowlin' with many of our POA members and making new friends.

Is it possible to create it as a PDF in Adobe acrobat and then insert that attachment in the post?
