Just booked. The woman could not have been more pleasant. She asked if this was the Prowler car. When I told her "Yes" she was ecstatic. I told her to expect about 100 and she told me "shut up". She knew they sat real close to the ground. She can't wait to see us all. She was astonished by the amount of people booking in just the first few hours. She said she put Alley Cat near the pump house, elevator, kids pool and garbage disposal room. Book now, you can cancel up to July 14th for a $ 10 charge. You don't want to miss this one. |

Well what do you think of this place www.houseontherock.com to do this is we would take a extended route either there or back and do the site seeing and lunch there. Also it looks like we can do a Drag Race Event, we would need to leave around 9AM to make the 2 1/2 hour trip do time trials and elimination ( bracket style ). www.greatlakesdragaway.com Also since we have many ways to see the Upper Dells I am thinking we make 1 day a free day so you can chose what and how you want to see the area. We will still put the info together and get group rates. The event is a Monday to Friday event, the idea was brought up to have a reception greeting registration time set for Sunday night, I like the idea!!! start at 6PM and go to ? then make monday the Upper Dells Day so late arrivers can still fit it in then start the cruises Tuesday? ------------------ |

Also sign up Steve Clark and guest Alpharetta, Georgia - 1 black prowler with trailer. I booked 2 rooms in the hotel today. Thanks all for coordinating this. We've never been to that area. |

I have to say this is GREAT! The people at the hotel are freaking out, I told them I wanted to have 2/3 of the hotel booked by Jan 1st, and now they think we can do it. I will call again Friday and get a room update. Shirley in Group Sales has been a TON of help and has offered to do many of the pain in the a$$ jobs. She will arrange to get our badges, lanyards and welcome bags put together complete with maps and discount coupons for the Dells area. She is giving us a greeting room for the week at no charge! When I return from SEMA I will be working with the planning group to start locking down the days events. Thanks to everyone that has already booked! now get all the people you know to book! ------------------ |

WHOO HOO - Rebecca resigned from her full time job today to work her skin care business full time so that means she doesn't have to worry about vacation time and she can make the Dells event now. I'll need to check my production schedule but we'll get there for at least part of the event!  |
