The current route off exit 168 is not through the best part of Montgomery - in fact, it's the worse! There is also an awesome tree-lined drive before you hit I-10 off 231. See ya on the tour!!!! They have a 1 PM tour for $5.00 per person. I'll need to get tickets early as with PT going through the tour may sell out. An alternative/addition is the Corvette Museum is at the same exit in Bowling Green, KY.

IN Phil POA Site Supporter Prowler Junkie Personal ScrapBook From:Richmond, IN Registered: Jul 2000 Admin Use	posted 05-31-2005 08:19 PM INDY Power Tour Stop - info I scouted the Indy PT stop a few weeks ago and thought I would pass along some information for the Prowler group. Coming north on SR267 you come into Brownsburg where you turn right onto US 136 to IRP cruise sight. Multiple gas stops there in Brownsburg at good sized stations. It is about 3.5 miles to IRP. IF you would continue north on 267, 1.25 miles you come to the Holiday Inn Express. (So 5 miles IRP to HIExpress for the night.) Major gas station at HIExpress. Across street in coin auto wash (hopefully it will be dry enough we need it). 1/4 mile up 267 from the HIExpress is a Locally owned restaurant that would good place for dinner, Boulder Creek Dining Company. Good sized place with casual upscale menu and bar. Plenty of good parking for the cars. If we planned 7-8pm meal should have no problem getting served, could make it earlier if weather shortens the evening events.
