Where's the majority staying in B'mgham ?

The tour basically runs by our place so I'd like to know (if possible) WHAT route the tour takes from Nashville down south.

I needto pick a hotel in Kissimmee. The Doubletree Suites came in with $105.00 room rates. I meant to check out some others but have not gotten around to it over the long holiday weekend yet.

meandmykitty - we are glad you will be joining us. It is always greatr meeting new Prowler people. The only place that we have made arreangements for Prowler owners to stay all together is in Tallahassee and hopefully today we will post info about Kissimmee. This is due to large number of Prowlers (100 -150)expectred once the Power Tour reaches Florida. For the rest of the stops everyone is choosing their own hotels with some using the hotels arranged by Hot Rod Magazine. Please see the links poted earlier in this thread. As far as the route goes Hot Rod has not yet published that info but has said they are working on it and specific info will be forthcomning in the upcoming weeks.

We will post cell phone numbers for all POA people willing to share that info prior tot he event so we can stay in contact about meeting "on the road". Traditionally when we cruise together we carry two way FSR radios on channel 10-0 but due to the number of cars in the Power Toiur we may need to find another channel if that one is too popular.

Dee and I would like to become "Long Haulers" on the upcoming Tour. We have a 2000 Red Prowler. Will preregister with the Magaine by the end of the week, but will wait a couple of weeks to make hotel/motel resirvations as Long Haulers. Been looking for a way to get our KAT to FL. Thanks.
