_____________ This if the Official logo for the our event. Every attendee will receive a 3x4.5" dash plaque with a holographic frame & a laminated magnet set in their goodie bag. Every year I have a hard time deciding whose Prowlers to incorporate into the image, every year it is always a tough decision. This year was entirely different, I knew right from the first time I sat down to design it, whose Prowlers would be incorporated into the image. As I said it is a tribute & was important enough that I wanted to share with everyone in the POA(our family). It was something that I felt compelled to capture as I designed the graphic. It seemed like the right thing to do & I hope I do not offend or hurt anyone with the meaning behind it. I still stand behind my decision & I hope you can appreciate & share in the tribute. Each plaque is accompanied by a note with a description & meaning of what the image is all about. I posted it below.
Marge. Joseph. Brian… Thank you for touching our lives, you will Prowl in our thoughts and in our hearts, FOREVER… _____________ |

Thanks Wild Bill. I will cherish the plaque. The tribute was very touching and shows just how much of a family Prowler owners and POA members are. |

So I'm driving to work today enjoying this inner smile as I go over the marvel of the last two days, and then I read this tribute. Who would have ever thought the backound of a dash plaque could put a lump in my throat? This truly touched me. WildBill you don't have a mediocre molecule in your body and I thank you for sharing your talents with us. |

Wow Bill. That is truly outstanding. If you have an extra one, I will gladly pay dearly for it. I had the pleasure to meet Brian, Marge & Joe and had dinner with all three at some event. They were all great Prowler owners. Thanks Bill for a job very well done. |

In today's mail I received a set of these from the 2006 tour. I was unable to attend due to my surgery and would like to thank all those involved, especially WildBill for sending these to me. This message has been edited by Dave Mills on 12-26-2006 at 02:37 PM |

Fantastic job and a great tribute to the "Prowlers in the sky"! Sorry my wife & I couldn't make the trip, our schedule was tight, but we look forward to getting together with the ECP in 2007. Going to pick up my purple Prowler go cart tommorrow. Prowlers rule no matter what size! |

My deepest appreciation to Wildbill and the tribute to Joe and the others. It is very touching and brought tears streaming down my face. I am very thankful that we had the opportunity to travel with the POA group and make new friends. The car was originally my passion, but it wasn't long (1st time he sat down in it) until it became Joe's. He loved it as much as I if not more. It will never be the same without him. Unfortunately, I have found it difficult to get it out this past year to enjoy. If it is at all possible, I would like to purchase a dash plaque and magnet. Joe would have been very happy to know that so many people cared about him. Thank you again, |

Marla, You don't know how much you just brightened my week. I never want our Prowler Family to ever forget Joe, Marge or Brian. I feel very fortunate to have met each one of them, each one touched my life in their own way & I was deeply saddened at the loss of each member. I know that you & Joe really loved traveling together in the Prowler & meeting new people, it often brought a smile to my face & it is so refreshing that the two of you shared that passion together. I remember that he shared that story with me & what he felt when he first sat in the Prowler. I really wished I had more opportunities to get to know Joe better; from the small time I got to spend with him, he seemed to be a really great person, both of you are. Too bad there were not more events or that everyone lived closer so that it was easier to get to know each & every member more personally; but I guess that is what makes us so diverse & what makes it so much sweeter when we do get together, but a week is never enough. When I was designing the NJLHC dash plaque, I knew right away who's Prowlers were going to be on it. I was concerned that I might hurt or offend someone, but it just felt like the right thing to do. It was already my intention to send you a set of these pieces right from the start & I had already put a set aside for you & the other families, at no charge of course. What is chilling is that when you sent me an email, I literally just got back from a shop where I was working on something else that I want to present to each one of the families. We all share the same passion & love for this amazing automobile, that is what brought us all together; it is the individual kindness & friendship for each other, which is what keeps us together. I am still deeply saddened for your loss & I hope you are holding together. I do hope you can find a way to join us soon again on one or more of our gatherings & I hope you find the courage to get that beautiful Prowler out so you can both stretch your paws. Maybe have a friend or a family member take you for a spin if you don't feel strong enough yet. Neither one of you deserve to be locked up, I know it is tough; the Prowler was built for smiles & happy memories. Joe would want to see the two loves of his life cruising together again. I wish you & everyone in our Prowler Family the Happiest & Healthiest of New Years & many bright, sunny & DRY days so you can go Prowlin'. Please keep in touch. Kindest regards, I also want to thank everyone for their kind words about the graphic, thank you for remembering them with me. I also sent a set to everyone who requested them, I trust they made it & thank you for the interest. Simonsez - Thank you for telling Marla about our tribute. I really did not know how to get a hold of her. Gary - Thank you for the call & your offer to send Marla your set, it is all takin' care of. |

Bill, once again I want to compliment you on your talent and your compassion. You did an outstanding job on this projoect. Awhile back I received one from Jeff Sirreal and today I got both of them from WildBill. I did not post that Jeff had given me one since I was not sure if he wanted that to go public but that just shows how giving most of the POA folks are. Thanks again Jeff. I really appreciate the gesture of you giving me yours. Thanks Bill for doing this and sending me both of them. I truly appreciate it. What a nice tribute. Hopefully Marla will make it to Tulsa to see all of her friends with Prowlers. |
