We second Steve comments. The event was wonderful in every way. We would also like to thank Frank and Dink who took very good care of us; their "haunted house" is awsome.

Linda and I had a BLAST. Thanks to all that planned this event. A special thanks to Dave and Nancy Ridge for thier hospitality. The colors were much better this year and the weather could not have been better.

WOW!!! What a memorable experience. Jim & Bonnie, Dave & Nancy, Frank and Dink (our fearless photographer) you really put together a whopper on this one. The people and the cars made it so nice. The train and the scenery, simply breathtaking, white water rapids, lakes (drying up), mountain scenery, crusin The Tail of The Draggon (watching tire smoke off the Prowler in front of us, and The Foothills Parkway. And did I mention the food!!!! Trust all made it safely home, thanks to Jay & Nancy, they got us through Atlanta OK again. THANKS. Jim & Denise

For those who don't believe the drought is as bad as they say. Here are pictures taken of Lake Fontana from the train.

We also had a great time last weekend...it was good to see several friends that we hadn't cruised with for a long time. Jim and Bonnie did a fantastic job in planning this event. Here are a few pictures that Jim asked me to post.

Here are a couple of my favorites.

This is a few of us on Sunday morning on a taxi-way. We visited the airport where Jim & Bonnie store their homemade airplane.

That sure looks like a great trip. Steve, be careful who you let grand parent your kids. We know that Grandpa Bruce sells out to Grandma Carol at the drop of a hat. Not a problem if you don't mind Noah playing in a doll house.

Mike. Noah & Amanda would fit right in at the Simon household. It is true what they say...when we get together we are all one big family.

Bruce, you make it sound so inviting. Do you have room for me. I'd get along well with Noah and Amanda to.

Don't we look like a big happy family. This was taken in Jim & Bonnie's beautiful mountain home.

Jim Warner in long pants. That's pretty funny. And a clean cut Dave Ridge.

Took me 2 hours to figure out how to put them on. Temp. was 43 degrees, above zero! With blood thinner and Flor-a-duh living, must bundle up at 65 degrees. LOL Then they asked me to put the top down!!!!

The cold did not seem to bother Dink. She was wearing shorts and a sleeveless top. They drove from their house over to Jim and Bonnie's with the top down. BRRRRRRR

Jim had to put on the long pants. At the "GOLD FESTIVAL" we saw a tee shirt that said "PADDLE FASTER I HEAR BANJO MUSIC".
Thanks Jim & Bonnie for a great time.
