So Gary, I see by your updated post that optional activities are to be paid for at the destination. But I'm not sure about the Biltmore tour itself. Are we to pay for the tour and lunch there at the time, or do we need to prepay online? Thanks for any clarification and for arranging this tour. |

Hi Dru, When you go as a group, you have to pay as a group. I will be collecting everyone's money and pay as one payment. I tried to get them to let everyone pay online, but they don't do that. I will need final numbers and payment 2 weeks ahead of time. I was going to wait until it is a little closer to collect payment, but if anyone wants to send it now, I will post my info here and on 1st post. I will mark you as paid on first post when I receive you check. Please make checks out to me. Note: If anyone from Canada is going, contact me first before sending payment, as my bank charges a $15 fee for Canada checks or money orders. We can work something out. My wife and I are thinking about coming up from Alabama in our cat. (2) questions......(1) Are we all going to meet up for a cruise together?? (2) Does the biltmore have a garage suitable for my cat?? The pics seem a little beneath it's usual standards....... Andy |

The Biltmore does NOT have a garage for the thousands of daily visitors. Everyone who is staying in Pigeon Forge will drive down to the Biltmore together, about a 2 /12 hour trip, probably. No one will be staying overnight at the Biltmore. |

I was kidding about garage space at the Biltmore, for my cat. I hired (8) guys from Labor-Finders in Pigeon Forge to hold umbrellas over it while at rest..... Andy |

Thanks again Gary for the coordination on Biltmore tour. We were stirring the pot and you can expect checks (now in mail) from us, John and Debbie, and Mike and Karen. Mike is also working on possibility of some folks doing Architect tour while catching up with the group tour if it can work out... and we all plan the group in either case. Purrfect!  |

A handful of people are taking the Architects tour of the Biltmore at the same time the group is touring the mansion. This particular tour is at 11am and will allow some time to tour the home and plenty of time to join the entire group for lunch. Tour lasts an hour. There were several slots available as of late this afternoon. |
