Hope I can make it - talked with my wife Sally and maybe she will go too this time. She doesn't like long car rides so not positive yet. I have a new job now working at a Cadillac dealer and won't get any paid time off but one day will be ok. Steve - two Queen bed room please. Just in case my son Chris can go in Sally's place. |

I’m still patiently awaiting a call from the GM. I have spoken to the front desk numerous times, but evidently the GM is who I need to connect with. I’ll try again Monday. No worries, I have 30 rooms booked under my account. Just waiting the determine the best way to get them out into your individual names. Please continue to be patient! |

OK! So the GM finally called me back. I'm sending him the list of names and room types. They will collect your payment information upon arrival. These rooms were reserved with a 5 day cancellation policy. If you wish to cancel, please do by 11:59 p.m. on Sep-18-2022, to avoid cancellation penalty equal to the first night's room and tax. I know who you are! Don't be that guy. Make sure you cancel to avoid penalties. I have 6 rooms left, 2 queens and 4 kings. The hotel is booked up, so when they are gone, they are gone. Looks like there is an area next to the hotel where we could put a car hauler or two. There is also the Cracker Barrel around the corner that usually has pull through spots. We'll find a spot! I don't expect more than one or two.

I've confirmed with the Hampton Inn GM that oversized vehicle parking is available at the Kohl's lot around the corner from the hotel, if required.
