Thanks for the post about the installation. I was concerned about tolerances in individual cars. I install each brace on my car before shipping to make sure it fits. After all this time and 24 braces sold I finally drove my car today on the road that always proves how flexible the frame on the Prowler is. Lynn..... Put my brace on last week, but didn't get to drive till this weekend.I had forgot that I had installed it. When we went for a drive, I noticed the car felt stiffer than before, was thinking that maybe the tires were flat spotted after setting for 2 weeks. Then remembered the brace, about that time a BMW had flown up on my rear, following real close as we were coming up on some nice curves, so I figured lets see how it does. The car corners much better now plus the poor BMW couldn't keep up! The brace makes a big difference in handling. ------------------ |

LYNN got my brace 5/13 and put it on this morning just a little tight was off just a c hair but with a little finesse got it on.their is no way every prowler could be the same.but close enough. good job and thanks a lot.

I just put on my new front brace and took the cat out for a long drive. You can really feel the difference. The car seems to hold the road better and there is less tire bounce. A must have on every Prowler. |

Fixxum, thanks for the info. That is what I feared, some of the braces that I fiited to my car were if anything too wide. Other people said they fit perfect. SOme said jsut a bit wide but still fit in the holes.
