SOLD. Just thought I'd throw this out there to see if there is any interest here before I put it up on eBay in the next month or so. The car is a hi-mile '99 Prowler that is highly modified and customized. I bought it from the original owner, a 1 owner Texas car. He did all the major customizing and has spent a ton on this car. Here are some of the particulars. '99 Prowler, Black top and Yellow bottom and painted single-line pinstripes similar to a Black Tie or Woodward. The car has 107700 miles but runs like new. It has a few oil drips, not much, from a leaking Valve Cover Gasket that I may or may not get fixed. It doesn't bother me and I just throw a piece of cardboard under it to catch the drips. The interior shows wear and the exterior paint has some chips but this car is really fun to drive. I talked to Gary and I believe that he said he only sold about 20 of his Highboy Kits so this one is pretty rare, I have never seen another. When was the last time you saw a Highboy for sale? Everything works, the Wheels are nice and I'd rate them a 9 out of 10. The Tires on the car are Runflats with about 85% wear left on the Rears and 95% wear remaining on the Fronts. The Convertible Top is new with no cuts or tears. It has Prowler-Pro Belanger Headers with no cats but I do have the "Y" Pipe with cats by Prowler Pro that goes with the car when sold. It has a Custom Radiator that always runs cool, a Custom Trailer Hitch that is hidden behind the rear fold-down Licence Plate and a TGF Front Turn Signal Replacement Kit (no longer made and very collectible). It has one of my Custom Prowler Steering Wheels, a 300M Shift Knob and some other Interior upgrades. I have done a lot to this car to make EVERYTHING work as it should and in the process, replaced a lot of worn parts. I'm sure I have forgotten some of the options added to this unique Prowler. In my thinking this car would be Perfect as a 2nd Prowler for a Prowler Enthusiast who already owns a Stock Prowler and knows his or her way around one. It has NEVER been in any accidents. The Outside Mirrors are finicky though, sometimes they move left and right, top and bottom and some times they dont. Doesn't bother me, as once they are in position they stay that way. Did I mention that it comes with a Custom One-Of-A-Kind Prowler Ajax Trailer too? The ONLY Highboy Trailer ever made, with 20" Prowler Wheels and Tires and with the same paint scheme as the car. I've nick-named the car "Outlaw" since the headlights are painted black and makes the car look like a bandit. Just keep in mind that this car is very Fun, Fast and Reliable and if you think you attracted a lot of attention in your Stock Prowler, be ready to REALLY attract attention in this one. I just had the annual Texas car safety inspection done last week and it passed with NO problems. Anyway, I'm open to offers and will only sell the car and trailer as a package. The price I'm thinking is not as high as you think, and I realize some wont be interested due to the mileage. I'm looking to get somewhere around $26500.00 for the car AND trailer but am open to offers or maybe an interesting partial trade and cash. Please keep in mind that this car is NOT a Garage Queen but a fun driver. That link does not take us directly to the ad. I have also tried several times to post the complete link without success. I simply searched for "Prowler Highboy Trailer" and found it instantly.

No, not interested in that deal. If I ever want to return it to stock I already have all the parts to do it, don't need any more. You really ought to buy my set up, all the problems you are having with your car have already been fixed on mine. Plus it has a legitiment verifiable history that is documented AND, you would have the ONLY Highboy Trailer in existence too. |
